Welcome to `Casa Alejandro’, our villa near the beach where we stay about three or four times a year as well. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do. The house, built in the mid-90s, is modern, fresh and comfortable.

Casa Alejandro finds itself in a quite green residential area named Costabella, just before Marbella. A beautiful sandy beach is at a six or seven minutes’ walk and stretches out for miles in the directions of Marbella and Fuengirola.

The villa has an intimate private garden of nearly 900 square feet, inclusive of subtropical flora and fauna (read: flora such as banana trees, an apple tree, a lemon tree, a sweetly scented Brugmansia; and fauna: the occasional lizard).

The all-year round scent of the Brugmansia flowers provide an extra dimension to the subtropical air. You can continuously enjoy the scent (without it being too overwhelming) when sitting on the terrace or when lying on the sunbeds.

Prices:

€ 80 a night for 2 persons (bedroom with one king-sized bed)

€120 a night up to 4 persons with the above bedroom and a bedroom with two one-person beds

A 25% discount applies when booking for a month or longer.

We have flexible arrival and departure days. In other words, it doesn’t have to be specifically from Saturday to Friday. Check-in is normally after 5pm and check-out before 10am but again, we are flexible if there aren’t any other bookings.

Minimum number of nights is three but to really get into it, one should stay for a minimum of a week (if you have the time of course).
